WHAT ARE THE EXPECTATIONS AND TIME COMMITMENTS?
CR²CLE is a program that consists of three workshop modules. Each module contains eight weekly classes. The program runs for a total of 24 weeks. The program is designed to meet your teams' needs, offering hybrid online and in-person instruction.
Once your team is ready to take the CR²CLE program, Wellness Options LLC will meet with your team to conduct an organizational assessment to assess your concerns and cater the program to meet your agency's needs and goals. Every organization will differ, and this first step is critical in ensuring that program readiness and preparation are in place for successful implementation at your organization.

When you complete the CR²CLE Executive Program, your team can register for our 3-day Facilitators Training Workshops that will enhance your skills and knowledge in the CR²CLE program so that you can facilitate and implement the program at your organization. In addition, we provide strategic planning for implementation and ongoing consultation support, as needed.
